Installing the SleepRevolution app is different for iOS and Android devices. Please follow the instructions for your operating system.
In order to install the SleepRevolution app on iOS, you need to install another app, Called TestFlight, first. Scan the following QR code with your camera app to do so and open the link:
When the installation process has finished, you should be able to find TestFlight on your home screen.
Next, scan the next QR code with your camera app and open the link:
This will give you access to the SleepRevolution app in TestFlight. Install the SleepRevolution app through TestFlight. After completing the installation, you should have access to the SleepRevolution app on your home screen as well.
Apple users are now ready to continue with the Setup section.
To get the SleepRevolution app for android, simply scan the following QR code with your camera app and open the link. It will take you to the Play Store from where you can install the SleepRevolution app. When you have completed the installation, you can move on to the Setup section.
This is the Sleep Revolution app
This is the home screen where you can see the morning and evening diary. Each Diary takes around one to two minutes.
By pressing the Overview tab (purple arrow points in the image below) you will get an overview of the variables asked in the diaries.
By pressing the Exercises tab (purple arrow in image below) you will see the cognitive tasks that you will be asked to do. You will get an email when you are supposed to do them, so please only do them when you get the email.
The Chat tab (purple arrow in image below) is intended for conversations between the participant and the researchers. If a participant has any questions related to the app or other related research, they are welcome to get in touch via the chat.
