====== How to ZIP a sleep study before upload to the portal ======
    *In the Noxturnal library, right click on the study you want to ZIP and choose “Show in Windows Explorer”

    * Then you have the study open and you need to go <color #b5e61d>one step back</color> in the windows explorer to be able to ZIP the folder

    *The chosen folder is highlighted

    *Right click on the folder you want to ZIP and choose “Compress to ZIP file”

    *It can take several minutes and then you have a zipped folder with the same name as the original folder but the icon in front of it is a zipped icon

    *The study is ready to be uploaded.
