====== IN-BAG INSTRUCTIONS FOR SAS SLEEP STUDY ======

These instructions are to be inside the carry bag with the SAS sleep study equipment. Please download the following file and laminate.

===== Three-night sleep study - Self-Applied Polysomnography =====

You will set up the sleep study equipment yourself before you go to bed for three consecutive nights at baseline and then for one night after 12 weeks of treatment.

Pay close attention to each step and try to copy it as well as you can. There are also picture instructions in the equipment case. 
Use alcohol wipes to clean the skin only for the first night!
Use water to clean your skin for the second and third night.
The tape in the white bags should only be used on the body. 
__For the face, please use the tape roll located in the equipment bag. If you have sensitive skin, use the tape roll instead of the tapes in the white bag.__
The nasal cannula and the two belts are reused throughout the three nights, but all electrode pads are disposable. 
If you get an allergic reaction from any of the pads or band-aids, please remove them and contact your sleep center.
