====== Preliminary Screening for Prospective Lifestyle Study ======

This dataset contains 362 home sleep apnea test (HSAT) studies conducted as a part of preliminary screening and recruitment for the Prospective Lifestyle study conducted by the Sleep Revolution. 
The inclusion criteria are age between 18 – 40, a BMI ≥ 25, physical inactivity, and confirmed habitual snoring to mild sleep apnea. Shift workers can not participate. 

The participants came for a visit at Reykjavik University after being prescreened according to the aforementioned inclusion criteria. The prescreening was done by inviting interested possible participants to answer a screening questionnaire online.
In the visit at Reykjavik University, the Lifestyle study was introduced and the participant signed an informed consent. The participant received HSAT equipment to take home for one night and a Withings smart watch to wear for one week. Two apps were installed on the participants phone: the Sleep Revolution sleep diary app and the Withings health mate app.
