 ====== Preliminary Screening for Prospective Lifestyle Study ======
+This dataset contains 362 home sleep apnea test (HSAT) studies conducted as a part of preliminary screening and recruitment for the Prospective Lifestyle study conducted by the Sleep Revolution.
+The inclusion criteria are age between 18 – 40, a BMI ≥ 25, physical inactivity, and confirmed habitual snoring to mild sleep apnea. Shift workers can not participate.
+The participants came for a visit at Reykjavik University after being prescreened according to the aforementioned inclusion criteria. The prescreening was done by inviting interested possible participants to answer a screening questionnaire online.
+In the visit at Reykjavik University, the Lifestyle study was introduced and the participant signed an informed consent. The participant received HSAT equipment to take home for one night and a Withings smart watch to wear for one week. Two apps were installed on the participants phone: the Sleep Revolution sleep diary app and the Withings health mate app.
